We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Full-Time Retail Assistant with a Duty Manager's Certificate to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their selections and provide excellent service.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale of alcohol.
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Current Duty Manager's Certificate.
Previous experience in retail, preferably in the liquor industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A passion for customer service and a positive attitude.
