About the role: Leverage your paint experience to drive sales and provide expert advice to customers Manage your own schedule and call cycle to meet targets and exceed expectations Utilise a consultative sales approach to develop and sustain strong customer relationships, focusing mainly on accounts within the trade industry and some in the architectural sector Collaborate with a supportive team that values input and innovation Utilise your technical knowledge to help customers select the right products for their needs Invercargill and Gore territory About you: You have a strong background in the trade industry - paint knowledge and merchant experience is desirable but not essential You are dedicated to offering a top-quality product that stands out in the market, without compromising on price You thrive in an autonomous role and are passionate about nurturing existing relationships as well as bring on new business You are a team player who can efficiently manage your time and tasks You are technically minded, with the ability to understand and explain the finer details of paint to customers You bring a consultative approach to sales, focusing on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions On offer:
