You will be assisting the Food & Beverage operations team with the day-to-day operations in the restaurant and conferencing/events.Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operationsCommunicate and delegate tasks to the teamEnsure compliance of brand standardsManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerRepresent needs of the teamAssist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targetsAssist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team membersComply with Hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationQualificationsPassion for customer serviceSupervisory experience in a similar roleProven experience in leading and motivating a teamStrong interpersonal skills both with internal and external customersDemonstrated ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressureExcellent time management and communication skillsBe available to work a minimum of 38 hours per week across a variety of shiftsHolds a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in QLDAdditional InformationWhy work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
