Qualifications for Restaurant Servers: Candidate must have high school diploma. Previous experience in hospitality and customer service. It must have strong customer service skills. Capability to carry and lift trays, plates and other services. Ability to stand for long period with community and clients. Responsibilities for Restaurant Servers: Candidate is responsible for preparing tables for service including setting up tableware and condiments. Ensuring tables and dining areas are clean and presentable. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Keeping up with food and beverage trends and menu changes.
