Restaurant Managers - Multiple Auckland LocationsAbout the roleWe're seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to lead full time in our bustling Denny's Restaurants across the Auckland region.
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall operations and success of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a great dining experience for all our guests.What you'll be doingOversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and budgetsEnsure high standards of food preparation, presentation and service deliveryProvide exceptional customer service and handle any customer complaints or issues effectivelyMaintain a safe, clean and orderly restaurant environmentDevelop and implement strategies to drive sales, profitability and customer satisfactionRecruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, cooks and other restaurant staffFoster a positive, collaborative work culture and lead by exampleEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulationsWhat we're looking forMinimum 1-2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industryProven track record of driving sales, profitability and operational excellence in a restaurant environmentExcellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skillsStrong team management and leadership abilitiesProficiency in inventory management, budgeting and financial reportingThorough understanding of food safety, health and safety regulationsPassion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experienceWhat we offerAt Denny's, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
