Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a high standard of customer satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, coordinate training, and support team members to maintain efficient operations. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering to ensure the availability of ingredients and supplies. Serve as a key point of contact for staff and customers, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. Skills and qualifications Level 4 or higher relevant qualification OR Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager in a similar environment Excellent communication and service skills Good computer literacy skills
