Activities abound with the David Harman-designed golf course, immersive local heritage tours, bountiful fishing, and bush walks, mountain biking, quad biking and spa sanctuary hidden within native forest.About the role:Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all Restaurant operations run efficiently.Key responsibilities:Manage the daily operation and help deliver the best guest experience.Lead and mentor the Restaurant team and actively cultivate a collaborative culture based on mutual respect and trust.Review, implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficient delivery.Responsible for Restaurant financial management including budgeting, ordering and stock take with accuracy and efficiency.Rosters, daily briefings, onboarding, recruitment, performance reviews.Daily interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth operations.About you:This is a key position and the successful candidate will need to have strong focus on excellence, plenty of enthusiasm and a flexible approach. The right applicant must be self-motivated, a team player and able to work well in a high-pressure environment.
