With a capacity for up to 300 guests, Castro's is the perfect venue for functions and group events, offering tailored menus and exceptional service in a dynamic atmosphere. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Castro's Tapas & Bar in the centre of Christchurch. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, hiring, training, and maintaining high standards of food & beverage service. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will communicate effectively with customers and the team to build and uphold Castro's reputation for excellence. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills Hiring and Staff Management experience Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in the restaurant industry or hospitality sector DM a bonus, but at least have ability to obtain it. #J-18808-Ljbffr
