Specialising in creating Christchurch's best cocktails and the most divine food menu, Pink Lady is the place to be.This role includes managing a front of house team of up to 10 people, completing rosters, ordering, holding a relationship with the kitchen staff and managing all customer bookings, inquiries and concerns.The successful applicant will:Uphold the highest standard of customer service, handle all customer inquiries and concerns.Look for opportunities to improve procedures, and make improvements where appropriate.Ensure the restaurant has a sufficient level of staffing and staff rosters are prepared in a timely manner.Ensure staff are trained to the highest standard.Maintain a high level of morale and team cooperation.Ensure the restaurant is compliant with liquor licensing.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a restaurant manager?Do you have experience preparing work rosters?Do you have customer service experience?How many years of people management experience do you have?
