Our Client based in Papatoetoe has proudly served for over 3+ years, providing excellent service and food to our valued customers, and looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join the dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Manage busy shifts with efficiency and composure
Exhibit a strong willingness to learn and adapt
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Handle a diverse, multi-national customer base effectively
Maintain high standards of restaurant operations and staff management
Plan menus in consultation with chefs
Organize and manage special functions
Arrange the purchasing and pricing of goods in accordance with budgetary guidelines
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions
Ensure dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional, and presentable
Confer with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
Deliver exceptional service to a diverse clientele, ensuring all customers feel welcome and valued
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager OR Diploma Level Qualification in Business or relevant field.
Reliable transport to and from work
Current LCQ (Licence Controller Qualification)
Duty Managers Licence
Availability to work rostered shifts, including weekends
Strong "can do" attitude
Excellent knowledge in managing interactions with customers from various cultural backgrounds
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$29.00 – $33.00 per hour
Expected Hours:
Minimum 30 - Maximum 45 hours per week
