Restaurant Manager

This job is responsible for leading and managing restaurants. They may be responsible for different tasks such as restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests.
This job is required to perform: (specific duty tasks)

 Responsible for staff roaster
 Manage Restaurant operations
 Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
 Recruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant team
 Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
 Develop menus with Food and Beverage team
 Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
 Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
 Be environmentally aware
 Assist other departments wherever necessary are maintain good working relationships

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

 At least 3 years of experience working at a restaurant OR
 At least New Zealand or Australia Diploma in Business or equivalent OR
 At least New Zealand or Australia Diploma in hospitality or equivalent
