Restaurant Manager

This job is required to perform:Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

 Planning menus in consultation with chefs
 Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
 Strong knowledge of restaurant management, including operations, financials, and customer service.
 Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
 Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

 At least 3 years work experience in relevant industry ORDiploma certificate with relevant major;
 Able to work independently as well as a team
 Be able to work evenings and weekend days with split shifts
 Multiskilled and able to handle situations under pressure
 Fluent Chinese speaking will be a bonus
