North Shore Cluster 4 is seeking a New Zealand registered teacher who is enthusiastic, innovative, and passionate about teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting a diverse range of students and be skilled in creating inclusive learning environments. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to culturally responsive, strengths-based, and evidence-based practice.
Collaboration skills are essential, as this role requires working closely with other RTLBs, teachers, SENCOs, school leaders, and external professionals. While experience in working in a secondary school is an advantage, it is not essential.
Completion of Massey University's Postgraduate Diploma in Specialist Teaching is mandatory for this position, and applicants must hold a relevant degree to meet the entry requirements for this study.
Full NZ teacher registration, the right to work in New Zealand, a valid driver's licence, and access to a personal vehicle are also required.
