Permanent, Full Time Support the work of the Hospitality, Business and Service Industries department Work for a progressive world class tertiary education provider Varied and pivotal team role Mo Tenei Turanga Mahi - About the Role Working closely in association with department managers, you will develop and maintain curriculum loading details and associated timetabling requirements to support the smooth operation of the department. This position has been recognised by the department as an important role in ensuring that the resource allocation across the Hospitality Business and Service Industries Department is met, supporting teaching staff and their learners to achieve quality teaching. You will work co-operatively and collaboratively with managers, staff, and stakeholders to achieve the Department's objectives and the mission and vision of Ara. Nga Pukenga Me Nga Wheako - Skills and Experience Excellent communication skills. Sound organisation, planning skills and time management. Ability to work independently. Be able to problem solve. Have advanced keyboard skills and software literacy e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point. Ability to work co-operatively and in a team. Ability to use initiative and work under pressure. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
