We have sheep, alpacas, and chickens running around the property, and these are part of therapy with our clients.We look for staff that are willing to learn and gain higher education through Careerforce. We support you in getting your levels 2, 3, and 4, with two assessors on staff to support this.If you meet the following criteria:Understand Tikanga and Te Whare Tapa WhaHold a full clean driver's licenseCan follow processes and policies of CRC Ltd for Health & Safety reasonsMaintain Privacy & ConfidentialityWork with the whanauFlexible and adaptableGreat time managementConfident to advocate for our clients' needs and wantsHave a clean Police recordComply with pre-employment and random drug testingIs working in a great team environment important to you? Being able to establish relationships with fellow workers and share ideas while also being able to work autonomously to create possibilities for our clients, enabling us to meet the needs of each individual in a safe and consistent approach.We currently have vacancies in our Residential services.We work with a variety of different cultures supporting many different clients with varying complexities both in the community and in residential settings to live the fullest life possible. How we support them is through a Positive Behavioral approach, realizing their dreams and celebrating their achievements.
