Residential Support House Manager

Location: St Albans, Christchurch
Hours: 80 per fortnight (Monday to Friday)
Salary: From $70,000 + Phone + Laptop + Health Insurance
About the Role
Looking to use your leadership and organisational skills to make a difference? Hawksbury is seeking a Manager to lead and support our team, fostering independence and choice for residents.
As the House Manager, you will:

Lead and manage staff, rosters, and finances
Promote independence and resident choice
Liaise with family/whanau and external providers
Ensure holistic support for residents

It is important to note that with this role you will work a mixture of shifts between 7am and 11pm Monday to Friday this is to enable you to provide support to all members of you team. This role requires the Manager to work alongside staff with hands on shifts as well as been given varying administration hours.
About You
We need a confident leader who leads by example. You'll work closely with staff, delivering personal care and supporting residents' wellbeing. Experience in leadership is essential, and nursing experience is a bonus.
