Job Description The Role
We are in the market for an outstanding Resident Services Manager to be the first point of contact for a brand new, high-end apartment complex in Auckland. In this role you'll engage with apartment owners, liaise with contractors and ensure common areas are well presented. This is a full-time position of Monday to Friday, with some additional hours required from time to time.
Key Tasks Regular and effective resident communications Ensure the presentation and appearance of the apartment complex is always of a high standard Contractor liaison – key service, providing access, health and safety vetting Build a culture of community with the apartment complex Work with the Facilities Manager for effective management and maintenance of building services and contractor management Review contractor invoices for payment in line with budget and work requested Prepare meeting reports and attend quarterly Body Corporate meetings Understand and support the engagement with the Body Corporate Committee, Developer and LTM Regular reporting to Facilities Manager Ensure requirements of the management agreement between LT McGuinness and the apartment body corporate are met Understand the engagement LTM has with the Body Corp Desired Skills and Experience Attributes you'll need to demonstrate An "extraordinaire" in customer service Strong work ethic and able to work autonomously Strong communications skills, written and verbal Resilient and ability to drive resolutions Experience Proven success in a high performing customer service role Minimum two years' in an administrative role Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Buildings/Property experience would be good, but not a deal breaker Project and/or event management experience would be an advantage What you can expect Positive and supportive work culture Active social club Opportunity to develop Life and income protection insurance after two years
