If you love travel, enjoy wildlife and natural history, and have good worldwide geographical knowledge, you might be the person we are looking for.This role, available for the first time in 18 years, is dedicated to leading, supporting, developing, and growing our small busy and friendly Reservation & Client Services teams. This position will be involved in delivering and ensuring that all aspects of sales and reservations, from the initial contact to the ongoing relationships with both direct clients and the travel trade from around the world, are managed smoothly and delivered consistently with Heritage Expeditions' expectations. Ideally Christchurch-based, but remote working from other locations in NZ or Australia will be considered for the appropriate candidate with regular visits to Head Office in Christchurch NZ.We are looking for a self-motivated person with the following skill sets:Highly organised and focused with excellent time managementAbility to multi-taskExcellent attention to detailGreat computing skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in the travel industry is a great advantageA passion for customer service and ensuring all details of our clients' pre/post travel experience are seamless.A passion for travel, wildlife, and the great outdoors is a definite advantage, and a positive, hard-working, can-do attitude is essential.We welcome your application for this role which provides an incredible opportunity for the successful applicant.
