Job Description As our next Reservations Agent, you will: Book room reservation requests & enter rooming lists Update accurate information on our systems Recommend property facilities while assisting guests with information and special requests Ensure revenue is maximised by up-selling & promoting our loyalty program Consistently offer friendly and engaging service while ensuring the best selection for the guest Qualifications Skills & Experience Strong administration skills High level of professional spoken and written English.
