Reporting to the Head of Marketing Insights and Analytics, you will lead our external market research and play a key role in establishing a research centre of excellence within the marketing team and the wider organisation.
You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our research initiatives drive impactful data led decisions across the AA.
Maximise project synergies and efficiencies to enhance AA's competitive edge, optimising resource to meet budget requirements.
Support client relationships by understanding unique business needs and advising on research best practice.
Manage external research agency relationships to ensure "best fit" to our research requirements.
Continuously improve process documents and templates by leveraging project knowledge.
Enhance business capabilities through training, knowledge sharing and development of process documents and templates.
You will have proven experience of successfully establishing and managing research programmes and engaging with research partners, with a strong understanding of their complexities.
You're skilled at creating and improving processes, always looking for new and more efficient ways to approach research.
Excellent understanding of sampling, survey design, weighting and market research methodologies.
Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and interpersonal communication, with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across different departments.
Expertise in Market Research tools such as SPSS, Alchemer, Ubiquity, Qualtrics.
Familiarity with Business Reporting tools including SAS, MySQL, Tableau, Power BI a bonus.
