Permanent, Full-time at 37.5 hours per weekGenerous annual leave provisions and professional development opportunitiesAu Mahi | What You Will Do The role of Research Administrator is to work alongside the Post-award Team and provide support for the financial administration of research and consultancy agreements using approved University systems and in line with policies and processes. This role will help to maximise the University's outcomes with respect to managing research and consultancy income.
The type of tasks the Research Administrator would complete includes:
Entering payment schedules and purchase ordersRunning regular invoice and debt reportsGenerating accounts receivable invoicesTracking funding owing and follow up on unpaid invoicesProviding ad hoc information to researchers and departments on research and consultancy expenditureGenerate transaction analysis reports to assist in tracking and reporting expenditure.You will have a strong foundation in financial administration together with excellent time management, strong relationship building skills, and an eye for detail. In this diverse role you be able to work independently and collaboratively when required.
You will be able to demonstrate experience (2-3 years) in:
