We are currently looking for a driven and energetic Store Manager for our Mount Maunganui store and team, for 30 hours per week.Key responsibilities include:Styling and selling NZ fashionDevelop and maintain strong customer relationshipsLead by example, setting high sales and customer service standardsMeet store targetsCoach and develop your team to ensure their sales, customer service and product knowledge are maximisedEnsure high standards of stock integrityRun monthly events to increase brand awareness and attract new customersManage day-to-day store operational requirementsPreparation of the monthly store rostersWhy you should apply:Competitive hourly rate and a clothing allowanceBonuses for achieving targetsIf this position sounds right for you, then we would love to hear from you.
