We are currently looking for a driven and energetic part-time Store Manager to help nurture and grow our Merivale store and team, the days of work being Monday-Friday, 30 hours.
Key responsibilities include: Styling and selling NZ fashion Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Lead by example, setting high sales and customer service standards Meet store targets Coach and develop your team to ensure their sales, customer service, and product knowledge are maximised Ensure high standards of stock integrity Run monthly events to increase brand awareness and attract new customers Manage day-to-day store operational requirements Preparation of the monthly store rosters Why you should apply: Competitive hourly rate and a clothing allowance Bonuses for achieving targets If this position sounds right for you, then we would love to hear from you.
