Join a great team at Repco Alexandra Sunday 10am-3pm, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (30 Hours) Unbeatable staff discounts, amazing training program & development on offer The Role As aRetail Coordinator you willhold a unique and varied position in the Repco Alexandra store - Using your creative ability, you will help decide on product placement & promotions, merchandising & store presentation, while also being an integral part of the customer service team and assisting customers on the shop floor.As a fun and energetic team member your roleincludes product placement, merchandising, ensuring the store is kept well stocked and tidy alongsideproviding fantastic customer service. Specific duties include:
Leading by example by providing friendly and accurate advice to our customers Maintaining branch standards, in particular merchandising standards, planogram changes and in store promotions Ensuring a high store presentation standards Assisting with branch stock levels and ensuring the shop floor is well stocked Skills and Experience Previous retail experience is essential for this role, and ideally within a similar role where you've had exposure to merchandising. Not only will you contribute on the shop floor with your strong customer services skills and helping out our customers, but also demonstrate a creative flare for store presentation.
