The role works closely with a range of stakeholders across Fletcher Building to understand their needs and lead the development and implementation of remuneration solutions.This includes leading key remuneration projects, the ongoing maintenance of our remuneration frameworks, data analytics, insights and reporting (in particular to the People and Remuneration Committee of the Board) and enabling People & Performance teams and managers to make good remuneration decisions (through recommendations and capability build). The role will have access to sensitive remuneration information, and therefore requires an individual with a high degree of integrity and an ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.About youYou'll be tertiary qualified in Business, Human Resources or similar with at least 5 years' remuneration experience, ideally gained from both a large/complex organisation and consulting experience. You will possess excellent qualitative (i.e. report writing / presentation) and quantitative (i.e. data analytics and insights) skills, being able to work with large datasets, extracting key information to provide meaningful insights, and developing data-driven recommendations based on your findings. Your strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills will be second to none and you'll have a genuine passion for reward, numbers and analytics. Experienced in job evaluation, with an understanding of the Hay grading system would be highly advantageous.
