Mo tenei turanga mahi - About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remuneration and Analytics Specialist to join our People & Culture Centre of Excellence.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization is appropriately structured for our new operating environment.
This includes harnessing technology and systems to providing craft expertise within our partnering role to meet our internal customer needs.
Nga mahi o ia ra – Daily tasks: Provide specialist expertise on remuneration models and incentive-based pay systems, supporting both the Lead P&C Partners, key stakeholders and P&C Director.
Contribute to the development of remuneration strategies and policies, ensuring they are consistent across the organization.
Implement and evolve the use of GenAI and advanced HR/P&C analytics to enhance our understanding and use of the data we possess.
Drive the ongoing integration of P&C systems, working to optimize these systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and deliver a full suite of people analytics and insights, pushing beyond our current capabilities to provide deeper and more meaningful analysis.
Work across multiple programs or projects, influencing the wider roadmap and strategy for Remuneration, Systems, and Data.
Collaborate with P&C and business leaders to understand and address their specific needs related to remuneration and analytics.
To wheako- Your experience 3 years + experience in similar Remuneration and P&C analytics position.
Experience in implementing and evolving AI and advanced analytics in a P&C context.
Knowledge of P&C systems and their integration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.
You have excellent relationship management and communication skills, work collaboratively within and across teams, and are able to articulate complex ideas in a simple way (both written and verbally).
