**Key Responsibilities:** - **Technical Support**: Provide comprehensive remote technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Honeywell products, software, and services, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to identify issues, gather information, and develop solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Develop and update technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to aid in future inquiries.
- **Training & Orientation**: Conduct training sessions and orientations for customers on product features, setup processes, and best practices to ensure optimal usage and satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to escalate unresolved issues and feedback for continuous product improvement.
- **Strategic Planning**: Contribute to the development of technical support strategies aimed at improving customer service delivery and operational efficiencies.
- **Performance Metrics**: Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in support processes, ensuring KPI targets are met.
- **Persuasion & Influence**: Utilize effective persuasion techniques to promote additional services or upgrades that align with customer needs, enhancing their overall experience with Honeywell.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay up to date with the latest technologies, industry standards, and best practices in technical support, seeking opportunities to enhance personal and team knowledge.
**Requirements:** - **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years in a technical support role or IT service management with a proven track record of success in a remote support environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Familiarity with Honeywell products or similar technologies is a plus.
- **Personality Traits**: - Hardworking and dedicated with a strong work ethic.
- Highly motivated to achieve personal and team objectives.
- **Soft Skills**: - Strong strategic planning capabilities to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
