Bluecurrent (formerly Vector Metering) is a leading provider of innovative smart metering services and solutions in New Zealand and Australia. As a B2B company, we partner with leading energy retailers and distributors in New Zealand and Australia.
As the Remote Services Coordinator, you will be a key business contact point for Retail customers. In this role you will take ownership of customer driven enquiries and drive outcomes for our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide a consistent, customer focused interaction point within Bluecurrent and ensure Retailer's SLA's are met.
Liaise with Field Service Partners to achieve agreed service levels and quality standards.
Manage and provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of performance against KPI's for all Retailer Contacts.
Work closely with the Remote Services Team Leader to identify areas for continuous and process improvement.
Provide support & training to Remote Service Administrators and Remote Services Team Leader as required.
Monitor SLA's for services and take action to ensure proactive resolution of issues.
Who we are looking for:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous work experience in a commercial, customer-focused role or other relevant experience. Your customer service, problem solving, and organisational skills will be paramount. In this role you will need to be technologically savvy with the ability to work in standard applications.
You will also ideally have:
The ability to support the Team Leader to provide mentoring and training within the team.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
A strong customer focus with an emphasis on results orientated outcomes.
Experience in the energy industry.
Ability to apply learnings and skills across a variety of complex tasks.
