**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Office Manager to join our team at Plains GP Holdings. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with various departments while taking ownership of administrative tasks that help drive efficiency and effectiveness. As a part-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining office operations and supporting our remote teams, ensuring smooth workflows and fostering a productive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the daily operations of a remote office environment while ensuring that all administrative functions are effectively managed.
- Act as a point of contact for team members regarding operational needs, making sure all requests are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate remote team meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and agendas.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees, including organizing training materials and ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available when needed.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize innovative approaches to streamline workflows and enhance productivity across the remote team.
- Maintain accurate records and files for various administrative functions, utilizing cloud-based systems effectively.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure compliance with company policies regarding payroll, benefits, and expense management.
- Conduct periodic assessments of team morale and engagement, using critical thinking skills to recommend improvements as needed.
- Support management in special projects and initiatives that align with operational objectives.

**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently based on gathered information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on fostering positive relationships with team members.
- Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
- Motivated and energetic personality with a proactive approach to work and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
