Job Description: DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ.
As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer support representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1.
Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
2.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
3.
Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
4.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
5.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
6.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
7.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
3.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
4.
Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
5.
Excellent presentation and strategic planning skills.
6.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
7.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
