In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our client base by acting as a liaison between our company and our clients.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and foster long-term relationships, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities:** 1.
**Client Engagement and Relationship Management:** - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, needs, and expectations.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to discuss their account performance and address any concerns or feedback.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely responses and support to inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.

**Product Knowledge and Support:** - Develop deep knowledge of Targa Resources' products and services to effectively educate clients and enable their success.
- Provide tailored training and onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolve issues related to our products and policies in a timely manner.

**Monitoring and Reviewing Client Performance:** - Analyze client usage and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions tailored to each client's needs.
- Prepare reports on client health and satisfaction to help inform internal teams on client relationships and opportunities for growth.

**Collaboration with Internal Teams:** - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure cohesive communication and strategy in serving clients' needs.
- Provide feedback and insights from clients to relevant teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience.
5.
**Client Retention and Satisfaction Strategies:** - Implement and monitor client retention strategies while proactively identifying at-risk accounts and developing plans to mitigate risks.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to understand satisfaction levels and implement improvements as necessary.
6.
**Administrative Duties:** - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on client success initiatives to management.
**Requirements:** - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably within the energy or utilities sector.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:** - Driven: Demonstrated motivation to achieve results and exceed client expectations.
- Adaptable: Ability to adjust to new challenges and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- **Soft Skills:** - Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy in client accounts, reports, and communication.
