Job Description: Humana is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services.
You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, resolving any issues, and providing guidance on how to best utilize our offerings.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and requests - Provide guidance and support to customers on how to best utilize our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and ensure their ongoing satisfaction - Track and report on customer success metrics to measure and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Experience working remotely and managing customer relationships from a distance - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred Benefits: - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Joining Bonus - Vision insurance Equal Opportunity Statement: Humana is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
