Job Description: Textron is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and issues. Understand the needs and goals of each client and work proactively to help them achieve success. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues. Monitor client usage and engagement with our products, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their progress and success metrics. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes and offerings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of at least 8 years in customer success or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic and resilient personality traits. Excellent decision-making and people management skills.
