Job Description: Pacific Edge Ltd is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ.
As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients - Monitor client usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Provide training and support to clients to help them maximize the value of our products and services - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and adaptable to changing circumstances - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment Benefits: - Relocation allowance for eligible candidates - Retirement plan options - Company-provided equipment for remote work Working Environment: At Pacific Edge Ltd, we value continuous learning and adaptation to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.
