Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: J.C. Penney is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, passionate, and possesses strong project management skills.
