Job Description: J.C. Penney is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, passionate, and possesses strong project management skills. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer experience enhancement - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent project management abilities - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Benefits: - Travel opportunities - Employee discounts - Remote work flexibility Working Environment: At J.C.
