**Key Responsibilities:** - **Customer Assistance:** Provide friendly and professional customer support via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Address customer inquiries regarding product information, order statuses, returns, exchanges, and general company policies.
- **Problem Solving:** Take ownership of customer issues, resolving complaints or inquiries effectively while maintaining the company's standards of service excellence.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a comprehensive understanding of Ralph Lauren's product lines, promotions, and services to effectively assist customers.
- **Database Management:** Accurately log customer interactions in the company's database to ensure that customer queries and feedback are recorded systematically.

- **Feedback & Improvement:** Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
**Requirements:** - **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior customer service experience is required, although experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using computers and basic familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
