Job Description: Dillard's is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.
This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, hardworking, and possess excellent time management and people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our customers - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer service data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with the HR department to recruit, train, and onboard new team members - Maintain a positive and inclusive working environment for all team members Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service management - Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and a passion for developing others - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) Benefits: - Paid sick leave - Parental leave - Company equipment provided for remote work Working Environment: At Dillard's, we strive to cultivate leaders who foster inclusivity and mentorship.
