Follow established protocols while handling complaints and escalations. - **Database Management:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our contact management system to ensure up-to-date information for continuous improvement and training efforts. - **Collaborative Support:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share insights and feedback to help improve service delivery processes and product offerings. - **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) while adhering to company policies and quality standards. Assist in tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for self-improvement. - **Continual Learning:** Stay informed about Entergy's products, services, policies, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. - **Time Management:** Effectively manage your schedule to handle a variety of customer requests efficiently, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely responses. ### Qualifications: **Education:** - A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus. **Experience:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center environment preferred.
