Job description: We are looking for a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
This is a part-time position at the Associate Level requiring at least 3 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated and energetic, with strong research and communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1.
Provide remote assistance to clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
2.
Conduct research to troubleshoot client problems and provide timely solutions.
3.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other virtual channels.
4.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues.
5.
Assist with data entry and maintenance of client records in the CRM system.
Requirements: 1.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.
2.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3.
Strong research skills to effectively troubleshoot client issues.
4.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
5.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
