### Responsibilities: - **Client Communication:** Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer needs.
- **Issue Resolution:** Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Documentation Management:** Accurately document client interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure a seamless experience for clients and team members.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Navient's products and services to effectively inform and assist clients regarding available options.
- **Feedback Collection:** Actively solicit and gather client feedback regarding their experience with our services, collaborating with team members to identify areas for improvement.
- **Schedule Coordination:** Assist clients with scheduling meetings or consultations, ensuring that each client receives personalized and dedicated service.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams to address client issues and ensure alignment in service delivery.
- **Training Support:** Participate in training programs to enhance personal skills and product knowledge, remaining adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
### Requirements: **Education and Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a relevant field is preferred.

- **Dedication:** A strong commitment to providing outstanding client service and continually striving for improvement.
