### Job Description

Auckland International Airport is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Client Service Manager to join our team. In this part-time, remote role, you will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving engagement strategies that align with the mission and values of our airport. This position provides a unique opportunity to work flexibly while contributing to an organization that prioritizes community involvement through corporate social responsibility initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities

1. **Client Relationship Management**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely and effective communication.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and ensure a positive client experience.

2. **Service Delivery Oversight**
- Monitor service delivery processes and track key performance indicators to ensure service excellence.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner, collaborating with internal teams as necessary.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve service delivery and efficiency.

3. **Engagement and Strategy Development**
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop client engagement strategies that align with the airport's objectives.
- Conduct regular client feedback surveys and analyze results to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives to improve client retention and loyalty through the development of tailored solutions and services.

4. **Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, and marketing) to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

5. **Reporting and Analysis**
- Prepare and present reports on client feedback, service quality, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Analyze service performance metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

6. **Corporate Social Responsibility Involvement**
- Engage in and promote community-focused initiatives that align with the airport's corporate social responsibility goals.
- Develop partnerships with local organizations to enhance community engagement.

### Requirements

- **Experience and Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service or account management, preferably within the aviation, travel, or service industries.
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
