### Key Responsibilities: - **Client Interaction**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information about our services, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- **Account Management**: Maintain and manage client accounts by ensuring that all necessary documentation is current, accurate, and readily accessible.
- **Service Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
- **Problem Resolution**: Proactively identify and resolve client issues by conducting thorough research and leveraging available resources, ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback on service usage and satisfaction to inform service improvements and enhance the client experience.
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately document client interactions, service requests, and feedback in the relevant systems while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- **Adaptability**: Stay abreast of company policies, service offerings, and industry changes to effectively respond to client questions and changes in the market environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to deliver seamless support to clients.
- **Performance Improvement**: Participate in training sessions and maintain a personal development plan aimed at improving service delivery and personal skillsets.
### Requirements: - **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years' experience in customer service or account management roles, preferably in a remote work setting.
- **Personality Traits**: Must be reliable and confident, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality service in all tasks.
- **Soft Skills**: - **Adaptability**: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and maintain a problem-solving attitude in a fast-paced environment.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
