This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to grow their career in client services and support in a flexible remote work environment.
The assistant will play a critical role in ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our clients while contributing to the overall effectiveness of our operations.
### Responsibilities - **Client Support**: Provide timely and efficient assistance to clients via phone, email, and online communication channels.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Data Management**: Assist in maintaining accurate client records, analyzing client history, and updating systems to reflect current information.
Employ strong analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Order Processing**: Coordinate with clients to facilitate order placement, fulfillment, and tracking.
Ensure that orders are processed in line with company policies and client expectations.
- **Feedback Collection**: Conduct outreach to clients to gather feedback on services provided.
Analyze this feedback to suggest improvements or adjustments in processes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and operational teams to provide clients with accurate information and timely updates regarding their services.
Adapt to changing priorities and workflows while maintaining service quality.
- **Training Participation**: Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge, client service skills, and technological proficiency.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and compile reports related to client interactions, feedback, and service outcomes.
Use analytical abilities to summarize findings and present recommendations.
### Requirements **Education**: - High school diploma or equivalent; any relevant coursework or certifications in customer service or communication is a plus.
**Experience**: - 0 years of experience required.
Internships, volunteer work, or academic projects related to client services or customer support will be considered advantageous.
**Technical Skills**: - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with client management systems.
Experience with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
