This part-time role is perfect for an individual with a passion for customer service and a desire to build strong relationships with clients.
You will be an essential point of contact, working remotely to support our clients in New Zealand.

**Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Interaction:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and check-ins.
- Actively listen to client feedback and address concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Problem Resolution:** - Identify and resolve client issues by coordinating solutions with various internal teams.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide timely and effective solutions.
- **Account Management:** - Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system.
- Monitor client accounts, ensuring all transactions and communications are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to identify potential upsell opportunities.
- **Communication and Reporting:** - Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction, concerns, and feedback.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they are informed about new products, services, and any changes to existing offerings.
- **Collaboration:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as sales, marketing, and technical support) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and client relations.
- **Continuous Improvement:** - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client relations and customer service.
- Actively seek feedback from clients and internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
**Requirements:** - **Education:** - A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** - At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is required.
- Experience in a technical or IT environment is a plus, but not essential.
- **Personality Traits:** - Dedicated and confident: You should be reliable, take ownership of tasks, and be assertive when interacting with clients.
- **Soft Skills:** - Strong attention to detail: Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks while ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Persuasive communication skills: Proficient in influencing client decisions through clear and effective communication.
- **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello).
