In this part-time role, you will be a vital link between our clients and the company, ensuring that an exceptional standard of service is maintained throughout the client life cycle. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, strategizing to meet their needs, and playing a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to a leading organization in the food service industry. ### Key Responsibilities: - **Client Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for queries, concerns, and requests. - Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. - **Strategic Planning & Execution:** - Collaborate with the management team to develop strategic initiatives for client engagement and retention. - Analyze client data and feedback to formulate strategies that align with client needs and company goals. - **Communication & Support:** - Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and video conferencing platforms. - Provide training and support for new clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our products and services. - **Problem-Solving:** - Proactively identify potential issues that may affect client experience and work collaboratively with internal teams to address them. - Handle client complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution and customer satisfaction. - **Performance Monitoring:** - Monitor client interactions and satisfaction metrics to provide regular reports and insights to the management team. - Contribute to the development of training materials and procedures to enhance team performance in client relations. - **Collaboration:** - Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (such as sales, marketing, and logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery. - Participate in regular meetings to discuss client feedback, service improvements, and new offerings. ### Qualifications: - **Experience:** - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service, preferably within the food service or related industry. - **Education:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required. - **Skills:** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage relationships effectively. - Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail. - Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client information and analytics. - **Personality Traits:** - Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. - A proactive problem solver, who thrives in a fast-paced remote working environment. ### Benefits: - Life insurance and medical coverage for eligible employees. - Employee discounts on products and services offered by Performance Food Group. - Flexibility to work from home and manage your own schedule within the part-time position. ### Working Environment: Join a company that is committed to redefining standards in the food service industry.
