Job Description: Kindred Healthcare is seeking a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience in a similar role at a mid-to-senior level. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of remote chat support agents, ensuring high-quality customer service and support for our clients. Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of remote chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Monitor chat support performance metrics and KPIs to ensure team goals are met. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 8. Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues related to chat support systems. Requirements: 1. 6 years of experience in a chat support management role. 2. Independent and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong strategic planning and presentation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems. 6. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. 7.
