As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our remote chat support team and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of remote chat support agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the chat support team. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary. Analyze chat support metrics and provide regular reports to management on team performance and customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote chat support to continuously improve processes. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of complex issues. Requirements: At least 8 years of experience in a customer service or chat support management role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team.
