The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and analysis.
**Responsibilities:** *Customer Engagement and Support:* - Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions or information regarding products and services.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
*Data Management and Reporting:* - Accurately record customer interactions and maintain updated customer records in our database.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Generate and contribute to regular reports on customer interactions, satisfaction levels, and service metrics.
*Collaboration and Team Support:* - Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for enhancing customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Support and train new hires by sharing knowledge and best practices.
*Continuous Learning and Development:* - Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company to keep abreast of product knowledge and customer service techniques.
- Actively seek feedback and adapt to improve personal and team performance.
**Requirements:** *Education and Experience:* - High School diploma or equivalent; relevant experience (minimum of 1 year) in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Familiarity with precious metals and trading markets is a plus but not required.
*Personality Traits:* - Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Confident in communication and decision-making abilities.
*Soft Skills:* - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret customer data effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of conveying complex information in an understandable way.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
*Technical Skills:* - Proficient in using computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable with remote work tools and technology.
*Additional Requirements:* - Flexibility to work part-time hours as per business needs, which may include evenings or weekends.
- Availability to attend scheduled training and team meetings as required.
