### Key Responsibilities - **Customer Support:** - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with booking processes, changes, cancellations, and troubleshooting issues.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of travel offerings.
- **Problem Solving:** - Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively, using sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Data Management:** - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Follow up on unresolved customer issues and ensure a resolution is achieved.
- **Collaboration:** - Work closely with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop skills and enhance the customer experience.
- **Performance Metrics:** - Meet and exceed personal and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and response times.
- Continuously seek ways to improve service quality and streamline processes.
### Qualifications - **Experience:** - A minimum of 4 years in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
- Familiarity with travel industry practices is a plus but not required.
- **Education:** - High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality, tourism, or business is advantageous.
- **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications and tools.
