Job Description:
INTL FCStone is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a part-time Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in administrative support while having the flexibility of working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Assist in maintaining an organized workflow, managing schedules and appointments, and ensuring that all administrative processes run efficiently.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a professional manner that reflects the company's standards.
Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Data Entry & Management: Perform data entry tasks, manage databases, and maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure all documents and records are easily accessible.
Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, including coordinating calendars, arranging logistics, and preparing meeting materials.
Client Support: Provide assistance to clients and colleagues as needed, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Research & Reporting: Conduct research as required and compile reports to support project objectives and decision-making processes.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to improve processes and enhance productivity.
Requirements:
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or coursework in business administration is a plus.
Experience: No prior experience required; however, any experience in administrative roles or customer service will be an advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and familiarity with other software tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management tools).
Soft Skills: Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Strategic planning skills to assist with organizing and prioritizing tasks and resources.

Personality Traits: Reliable and dependable; consistently meets deadlines and manages time effectively.
Hardworking and willing to take initiative in a remote working environment while being self-motivated.
